Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (IDC) — Terms & Conditions (Concise Legal Version)

By accessing or using IDC’s online systems, reports, mobile apps, or related services, you acknowledge full understanding and acceptance of all provisions herein, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (“IDC”). IDC may modify, restrict, or discontinue access or features at any time without prior notice. All services are offered solely for personal diagnostic use; registration and continued use imply acceptance of all current and future terms.

Accounts are individual, non-transferable, and must be created with verifiable information. IDC reserves absolute discretion to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for false data, misuse, credential sharing, or any suspicious or unauthorized activity. Users are responsible for confidentiality of their login and all resulting actions. IDC shall not be liable for unauthorized use of any account credentials.

Reports, teleconsultations, or health information provided online are for information only and do not replace in-person clinical judgment. IDC bears no liability for any consequence, medical or otherwise, arising from reliance on online information. In emergencies, immediate hospital care must be sought. IDC facilitates teleconsultations between patients and registered professionals but disclaims any responsibility for advice, accuracy, or outcomes.

Payments processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Easypaisa, JazzCash) are subject to their own terms and security protocols. IDC neither stores payment credentials nor guarantees transaction success or refund beyond its operational policies. Transactions once confirmed are final unless reversed by IDC upon valid cause.

All intellectual property including software, content, logos, APIs, data, and interfaces belongs solely to IDC. No user is granted any reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative rights. Unauthorized use or reproduction of IDC materials constitutes infringement under applicable laws including PECA 2016 and the Copyright Ordinance 1962.

By using IDC services, you consent to limited data collection, processing, and disclosure in accordance with IDC’s Privacy Policy. IDC employs reasonable safeguards but offers no warranty of absolute security or uninterrupted availability and disclaims responsibility for unauthorized access, technical disruption, or events beyond its control.

Users must not interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or use the platform for non-medical or commercial purposes. Any such act may lead to immediate termination and legal proceedings. IDC may change, suspend, or discontinue any functionality without compensation or notice.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of accuracy, timeliness, or reliability. IDC, its directors, or employees shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its platforms, delay, payment issues, or outcomes resulting from reliance on online data. Liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.

Users agree to indemnify and hold IDC harmless from any loss or claim arising from breach of these terms or misuse of IDC services. Continued use constitutes ongoing consent to updated terms posted on IDC’s platforms. Governing law shall be that of Pakistan, and disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Islamabad, with mediation encouraged before litigation.

All rights, systems, and content remain the property of Islamabad Diagnostic Centre. Unauthorized use or duplication will result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
